Authenticity Guarantee
We sell only authentic items. Every piece at Highend Findz is carefully inspected by us before it is listed – materials, stitching, hardware, labels, tags, serial numbers and date codes are checked against the brand's standards. If we have any doubt about an item, we do not sell it.
Documented before it leaves us
Before shipping, every item is photographed in detail and its identifying features (such as serial numbers, date codes, labels and our security tag number) are recorded. Each item carries a Highend Findz security tag attached in a visible place. This documentation lets us confirm that any item returned to us is exactly the item we sent.
Our guarantee
If an item bought from us is proven not to be authentic, we will refund the full price of the item and all shipping costs, including the cost of sending it back to us.
How an authenticity claim works
- Contact us at highendfindz@gmail.com with your order number, a description of your concerns and clear photos of the item.
- Provide a written report from a recognised, independent professional authentication service, issued for this specific item. Opinions from forums, social media groups or resellers are not sufficient.
- Send the item back to us with the Highend Findz security tag still attached and intact.
- We compare the returned item with our pre-shipping documentation and may have it verified by an independent authenticator.
- If the claim is confirmed, we refund the item price, all shipping costs and the reasonable cost of the authentication report.
A claim cannot be accepted if the security tag has been removed or replaced, or if the returned item does not match our records. Attempts to return a different item than the one we sent, or to obtain a refund on the basis of false claims, will be reported to the police and pursued under applicable law.
