Shipping Policy
We dispatch orders within two business days after payment confirmation. Every parcel is sent with tracking, and you will receive the tracking number by e-mail once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
- Poland: InPost parcel locker, InPost courier, DPD or ORLEN Paczka – rates shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders from 500 PLN (InPost parcel locker, InPost courier and DPD).
- European Union: 69 PLN – free shipping on orders from 1500 PLN.
- Europe outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): 129 PLN.
- Canada: 150 PLN.
- United States: 269 PLN.
- Rest of the world: 299 PLN.
Prices are set in PLN and shown in your local currency at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
- Poland: 1–2 business days.
- Other European Union countries: 3–15 business days, depending on the country.
- Outside the European Union: 7–20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union have no customs duties. For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused because these charges were not paid, please contact us – any refund will be reduced by the shipping costs we incurred.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to sanctions and carrier restrictions we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria or Cuba.
Lost or damaged parcels
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct, as carriers need them for delivery. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, ask the courier to write a damage report and contact us. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will handle the claim with the carrier and send you a full refund.
