Authenticity & condition
Are your items authentic?
Yes. We sell only authentic items. Every piece is carefully inspected before it is listed, and it is documented and tagged with our security tag before shipping. Read more in our Authenticity Guarantee.
Are the items new?
Most of our items are pre-owned. Each listing has a condition rating from 1 to 10 and any signs of wear or defects are described and shown on close-up photos. See our Condition Guide.
Can I get more photos or measurements?
Of course. Message us on Instagram @highendfindzz or write to highendfindz@gmail.com and we will send extra photos or measurements before you buy.
How do I choose the right size?
Every listing includes real measurements of the item. Compare them with a similar piece that fits you well – see How We Measure.
What is the tag attached to my item?
It is our Highend Findz security tag. It confirms that the item is exactly the one we sent. Please do not remove it until you are sure you are keeping the item – items returned without the tag cannot be refunded in full.
Orders & payment
Can I reserve an item?
Every item is unique and available in a single piece, so items are sold to whoever completes the payment first. We cannot hold items without payment.
Do you accept trades or swaps?
No, we do not do trades or swaps. All items can only be purchased through our store. If you would like to sell us your item, see our Sell to Us page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is required before we ship your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world. Due to sanctions we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria or Cuba.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Poland: free from 500 PLN. European Union: 69 PLN, free from 1500 PLN. Europe outside the EU: 129 PLN. Canada: 150 PLN. USA: 269 PLN. Rest of the world: 299 PLN. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
We ship within 2 business days of payment. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Poland, 3–15 business days in the EU and 7–20 business days outside the EU. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Will I pay customs duties?
Not within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. You pay for the return shipping, and we refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost. Details in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Every item is unique, so we cannot exchange directly. Return the item and place a new order for the one you want.
My item arrived damaged or not as described. What should I do?
Contact us at highendfindz@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will respond within 14 days.
